Google has, in recent days, announced it will intend to low the commission fees to all applications’ developers.
This commission will drop by half from 30% to 15%.
This makes echo with the late sue/countersue between EpicGame and the App platform Apple and Google concerning the fees applied by the latter for the in-App purchases judged outrageously high.
This decision by Google is a good foot-call for developers. Let’s hope Apple, which didn’t move a toe, will follow the trend.
